Festive tarts!
We had a lot of jam in the cupboard from the preserving season and I wanted to give a little gift to my colleagues so I thought I's make some jam tarts, here they are, made somewhat festive by the addition of a wafer snowflake (an impulse buy from Lakeland).

love the snowflakes, i never knew you could get edible ones. x
ReplyDeleteI hadn't seen them before Lakeland, hence the impulse but I will be buying them again (once I run out, there are LOADS in a pack). They actually tasted pretty good too which is not always the case for edible decorations!
